Internal Auditing by a Certified Quality Auditor:
Quality-based and claims-based audits are effective methods to identify documentation problems and billing errors internally, allowing time to correct identified problems prior to managed care audits.

Medicaid Compliance Consulting:
Technical assistance in understanding policy requirements, developing effective procedures,
forms, quality assurance procedures, etc, to ensure compliance with policy, including Outpatient, BHOS, SIPP, & TGC.
Documentation Review: Consistent review of clinical documentation on a less formal basis than an Internal Audit.

Accreditation Preparation:
